What each product does

FutureFeed helps write the System Security Plan (SSP). AIC CMMC Level 2 runs the controls and builds Assessment Binder sections from live evidence: configuration compliance on connecting machines, privileged access, training attestations, CUI email and files. A docs tool is not the enclave.

How AIC wins this deal

Order AIC CMMC Level 2. The binder is organized by the 110 Level 2 requirements and fills from the same server that runs email, files, privileged access, connecting-machine scans, and training. Need a smaller first invoice? Start on Level 2 compliance tracking at $119 per month, then upgrade in place to the full kit. Records carry over.

Year 1 in 2026: Level 2 tracking $1,428 against $2,196 for FutureFeed Innovator with the Level 2 framework [1]. Full Level 2 $19,800 against $42,762 for a FutureFeed stack that still adds CUI email and privileged access.

Upgrade path. Start with Free, then Level 2 compliance tracking ($119 per month), Level 2 Essentials ($499 per month), Level 2 ($1,650 per month), and Level 3. Level 1 and AIC Privileged Access ($89 per privileged user per month; five-user minimum) can also upgrade in place to Level 2. Records carry over. Evidence from connecting machines, training and attestation, privileged sessions, Incident Response, and the Assessment Binder stays in one product. Session Recording is not included in Free, Tracking, Essentials, Level 1, or Level 2; it is included only in Level 3 with isolated Jump. Assessor-engagement workflow beyond the living binder is Planned.

Switch credit. If FutureFeed is prepaid and still has unused term, AIC credits that unused prepaid remainder against Year 1 of tracking or Level 2, up to twelve months of the AIC package. See Competitive Switch Credit.
